Position sitelock icon

Hi,I’m a newby and I just signed up for webhosting with ipage. I got my site uploaded (still under construction) and added the “sitelock” icon for which I paid an extra 12.99. The problem is that I cannot position the “sitelock” icon. Could this be because it contains some javascript?
I tried creating a surrounding div and positioning the div, but this didn’t work either.

Nevermind. This problem has been solved. It was a stupid mistake.
