TO develop customized websites for business which is the suitable plateform?

The use of static websites for different platforms is now “old school” not many people would use it besides having multiple designs is time consuming because you can;t cater all platforms best to go on responsive design where one design works for MAJORITY of platforms and as a business they usually use statistics to decide what they want to cater for, so one design best suited won;t get you very far.
make a website based on statistics for browsers and start either for mobile first and add more to the point of screen size you prefer or vice versa as it just depends on personal preference.
And layout websites not a good idea without content as it depends on the content to make a website basically more content more interactivity or less content simple and plain designs that’s what best based on not platform.
