Picture won't when i logout from WP admin

I have a very strange problem regarding showing pics on WordPress website.

When i logout from WordPress admin picture won’t show.

but when i login to WP dashboard admin it start working pictures and in media library i can also see picture.
Priviously when i upload image it goes like that

I have also move website from subdomain to root few days ago.
My Previous domain : http://pfma.pakfootwear.org/ which is know empty

Know how can i fix that issue.
I have set permission to 777 , 744 755 but it doesn’t work.

I wasn’t aware you could display a picture when you log out of WordPress admin. Perhaps it’s something lacking in my education, but I just get the WP logon page. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that you get a 404 if you go to the picture URL you quoted above…

I got a Not Found too.

Ouch!
I know it can be frustrating at times when things aren’t working.
But please believe me, I have never had a reason to set permission to ##7
Doing so is an extremely bad idea

When you moved your site, did you make sure to do a search and replace all the relevant URLs in your database?
