Hey Jaason,

You will not get that a so called BEST tutorial from anyone here. So just google it and you will have list of resources and follow at least one that you think is the best for you. I don’t know your current knowledge level in PHP but if you are really a fresher and have some programming knowledge on web development specifically, then go for http://www.w3schools.com/php/ and start coding and testing.

One thing you have to be careful of when searching for online PHP tutorials is that many are really out of date and promote bad programming practices. I’d recommend taking a look at http://www.phptherightway.com/ which should give you a good overview of current PHP best practices, and links to some good quality tutorials.
