PHP classifieds software

I am looking for a good open source php classifieds software package. Does anyone have any experience with phpProAds? It is open source and costs about $200 for codebase with lifetime upgrades.

I am comparing it to Esvon and Geodesic and finding it better in most areas.

Looking for feedback.

phpLD can be setup as a classified site as well and starts at $30.

Geodesic is a high quality, full-featured option that has been around for a significant period of time.
