Php action redirection doubt

Hi folks,
I am trying to use the OS ticketing System in my website.<snip/>That is working fine normally.
I am having the forms in my website from that form i am trying to insert the data to that ticketing system by using the following action
<form action=“http://www.mywebsite.com/support/open.php” method=“post” enctype=“multipart/form-data”>

After i filled all the data and when clicks the submit button it redirects to the following page.
http://mywebsite.com/support/index.php
I don’t know what is the problem. Even i remove or rename the index file it says 404 error.

So please give me your inputs…

We won’t know what the problem is either until you paste your code here (for open.php).

  1. Does it insert the data to that ticketing system?
  2. If it isn’t supposed to bring the user to index upon submit, where?

Even i remove or rename the index file it says 404 error.

errmm. if “index” is not there it will be “not found”.

I am using the social id login such as facebook twitter and google for my website. I am having some issues in google login. when i opened my gmail and visit my site. then click the sign-in button. It automatically sign-in to gmail. But i am having two other option such as facebook and twitter too. How can i avoid this one to automatically signin to gmail login?
