Photoshop Extrude & Bevel

Hi guys.

I’ve come across several tutorials that require a 3d effect to be applied using Effect > 3D > Extrude & Bevel.

I can’t find the filter… Where can I find it?

what software you are using. Corel Draw, Photoshop or Illustrator

Im using photoshop, I’ve guessed that it is an Illustrator filter
