I need to buy a gallery of the major capital cities of the world. Does anyone have a set for sale, or can you point me to a good resource?
I have looked at istockphoto etc., but I don’t want to trawl through the thousands of photos available there! Currently, I need photos for around 100 cities. It doesn’t matter which ones are required for the moment - I need a good collection for the major cities of the world.
What I’m looking for is a set already compiled, with consistent high quality across them all, minimum 450px in width for a website.
I have some ‘travel’-pictures from Brussels, NY and Rome on my website. (around 500px wide)
Technically, you can just steal (read: download) them if you need them
If you have some time, I’m planning to visit some 100 cities the next decades to make some photos there too.
For what project do you need them?
I guess the stock photo websites are the most useful to crawl…
You need something in particular? Cityscapes? Monuments? Architecture,…
You’re looking for free photos? Or you have a budget for it? Because mostly stock photos are $$$.
