PayPal Donations: add changeable default amount?

Hi. I’m trying to set up a PayPal donation button where when you go to the page there is already a default donation amount set but the user can still change it to whatever they want. The problem is that I can only find a way to either make it a fixed donation amount that cannot be changed, or a changeable amount that has no default amount set.

Is this possible?

No it isn’t possible, PayPal support only a fixed or custom amount, not a custom amount with a predefined value (that I’m aware of) :slight_smile:

That’s a shame. It would only take them 2 minutes to add an extra variable to allow for a default donation amount.
