I have a problem with parsing. Or actually I have theory how to parse but I cant actually do it

I would need to get those 'Some title X’s in to <td> and the 'Some text blabla X’s in to own <td>. So basically get that content into a table.
I have no clue how to do that (some theory is in my head but thaths it). Any help would be appciated. I could even pay someone if they could write some code ecample for me:)
