Google pagespeed insights for my website
pagespeed score for desktop is 78 and for mobile its 38
Yes i used G compression and minified the css but still results are not good for mobile. I want to know how i can improve pagespeed insights now.

- Defer offscreen images 1.8s
- Eliminate render-blocking resources 1.62s

I do not really like pagespeed. I had 100/100 before with 1s load time but now it is down to 92 with 4s pagespeed just because I have added a livechat.
