Basic HTMl and CSS will only get you so far… Most websites which employee coders are looking for people with more than just HTML/CSS, including JavaScript, PHP, etc

You may be able to start your own group and/or site and try to gain client work or go on freelance sites and take odd coding jobs for HTML/CSS

There is a lot of onlines jobs, just be careful coz some of them are not ilegitimate. maybe try looking for people who are already been working online and seek advice, ask what are the legit sites that can offer you a job.

At my case, I am also working online. I got my job at Remotestaff.

You can start working on projects related to your skills that you can get through sites like Freelancer.com , Elance, Odesk etc.

I am also beginner in HTML and CSS. so i think it is good for blogspot using.Like achoring text, font style changing and BB code changing. If anyone get in freelancer project related to HTML tasks then he/she can use this skill in writing content.

Care to explain in which field you are graduated, for example if you done your graduation in IT field then of course you learned a lot and you can apply your
knowledge in many online works. It totally depend on you which type of work you can do easily and if you need online work then i will suggest you go to Google and type freelance sites there you can get many online outsourcing sites which are free to join and make your profile attractive to get more online work and these are legitimate sites.
