Offshore Merchant Provider for U.S. Company

Is there any offshore merchant provider that allows U.S. companies?

I currently use Authorize.NET as my gateway and a U.S. based company as my merchant provider. However, my business requires that our customers information, details, and invoices be kept offshore for privacy. I now wish to complete the Internet offshore presence by processing all payments outside the U.S.

For those thinking this is some type of illegal business, it is in no way shape or form. I have owned this company since 2007, am all up-to-date on taxes, legitimate bank account and funds, references from CPA. I am in the IT industry, and unfortunately, although being hosted offshore does not defeat the ill-willed hacker from retrieving your data, I feel at the very least I can feel more confident that prying eyes are not an issue with my customers by having both our servers and processing offshore. Luckily, there is no law against protecting your company’s Internet privacy. :lol:

Any suggestions?

You are also wanting to keep Authorize.net as your electronic payment gateway? Depending on your specific NAICS, it might be possible.

You can also considered looking at some of the main providers in Canada / Europe as well to see what they can support. I am not certain if Barclay’s can help you, but that was one company that came to mind.
