How can I color CSS Styles within a saved HTM,HTML,PHP file, I thought the style configurator would have solved it, but unfortunately not 
How do I setup NotePad++ to load a browser ? How can I add a CSS rule list within NotePad++ ? I hope there are some NotePad++ knowledgeable people who can just spit out the answer
