The one you linked to had a couple of “pops” and was so heavy the load-in slowed to a crawl.
Well, if your main concern is “SEO friendly” I guess that rules out all the javascript “slide-show/carousel” types. And also the flash ones.
My guess would be PHP as its very common. Maybe you can find it here http://www.google.com/search?q=php+image+gallery ??
I’ll move the Thread to “Scripts” so you’ll hopefully have better luck finding a suitable solution.
sorry if i wasent detailed enough, i would like to know what kind of scripting or what kind of softawre did they use to create that specific kind of seo friendly gallery.
