No you’re not, at least not as far as one can tell from the image. You’re only loading a couple of jQuery extensions, which obviously depend on jQuery and thus cause the error message you’re seeing.

Don’t confuse jquery-ui.min.js with jquery itself as the ‘ui’ version is the user interface extensions. You still need to have jquery loaded before that file.
