NFS mounts with different username

Hello,

I have a NFS server and three NFS client machines. when I mount it on client it mounts perfectly with the same username as in server but in one NFS client it mounts with the different username. WHy this happens? How do I mount it with the same username as in server.

NFS passes its auto details via the user / group id - for NFS to work reliabily all machines need to be working from the same set of ID’s, you really need to make sure the users have the same ID’s on all machines that use the NFS server.
