News Release – WebLaw101

Internet Law can be a confusing topic even for those entrepreneurs who have had web sites for many years.

In an effort to provide a working knowledge of Internet law to people engaged in Internet commerce, I have teamed with Andrew Amend, a long time Internet marketer, to create a legal learning center, WebLaw101.com.

WebLaw101 provides basic learning modules in both written and audio formats for topics including Privacy Policies (including a free privacy policy generator), Terms of Service, Copyright & the DMCA Safe Harbor, Trademark & Domain Name Issues, FTC rules and regulations, Affiliate Marketing Essentials, and many more subjects.

Membership registration at WebLaw101 is free. We are providing this learning center as a service to the Internet marketing community in an effort to provide a basic working knowledge of Internet law to e-commerce entrepreneurs.

Please feel free to visit WebLaw101.com and decide if this web site is valuable to you.

Edit:

While this may seem like spam, we have decided to make a SLIM exception to this post since it potentially provides a valuable service to an area which causes a lot of consternation to many in the web development profession. This does not open the door for spamming.
