New page using Gridiculous - constructive criticism please!

Hi all,

I’ve been out of the web design game for a while, and I’ve jumped back in with a quick design for a good friend of mine. It is live at http://www.bigdavesfunday.org.uk.

I wanted a good looking page to promote an event that is responsive. What I’d like from you guys is some feedback - I know I could have been tighter with the design, there are some sloppy areas etc. Also, the coding - I may have hacked areas or taken the long way around certain elements.

So my questions are, what could I have done better? Is there any easier ways to write any part of the coding etc? For example, the 3 attractions at the bottom. I couldn’t figure out how to vertically align them in their parent div, so I’ve used fat margins

Any tips are greatly appreciated.

Many thanks
