Need urgent help in xcart forum

hi

iam using xcart in my project, i used editor that already existed.
Problem is editor working in product management, news management…

but not in user management.

i used the following code

{include file=“main/textarea.tpl” name=“descr” cols=45 rows=8 data=$userinfo.descr width=“100%” btn_rows=4}

please help asap
