I want to make a flash photo viewer like there are images on the page and when user click those images the background goes black and the picture comes into effect and when we press ESC key we are back on the page.
I need something like that. So please can you guide me about it ???

This is normally done with JavaScript, and it’s best to use that, as Flash is not so well supported these days.
Try something like Slimbox. I really like this one.

Depends on what you want to do. The functionality is set: you click on an image from a list and it pops up over the page. You can make the thumbnails and the full-size image any size you like.
