also one thin real quick is that the dropdown menu is something that you have to do is JavaScript or jQuery.
For some demo scripts, I would recommend checking out dynamicdrive’s menus
hmm i dont think anyone will completely code the css of your site for you , but i would be willing to write up a start-up stylesheet:)
You have to keep in mind that with layout you should also consider CSS element that are compatible in many major browsers.
Finally, although I love to mock up a drawing of my project in PhotoShop, I would recommend still doing so, but not completely relying on the blue-print.
One must keep in mind that not everything one can do in a graphics software can one do on the web-- at least not yet.
