Could you please confirm to me, what would be the costing of gmail corporate accounts, as I need 60 email accounts for my company employees??
I searched online but not clear as they say you can create unlimited email accounts under 1 user…so I can go with a single user plan or I have to buy a 60 user plan??
We consider a user to be the same as the number of distinct email inboxes you need. One user can have multiple email addresses, and a domain can have multiple aliases – these are included in the price for each user.
My take is they could all have their own email address that go to one common inbox and it would count as one user.
But if they each have their own inbox then each would count as a user.
So it would depend on how much trust and responsibility there is.
Maybe you could have common “department” inboxes?
In any case it should count as a business expense.
