Need Help To know about the Corporate Google Email Accounts

Hi There,

Could you please confirm to me, what would be the costing of gmail corporate accounts, as I need 60 email accounts for my company employees??

I searched online but not clear as they say you can create unlimited email accounts under 1 user…so I can go with a single user plan or I have to buy a 60 user plan??

Why not ask Google? :scratch: I’ll bet they have operators standing by.

I asked, but could not receive a proper answer.

and the worst thing is they dont have support for INDIA.

Any help would be great.

What counts as a user?

We consider a user to be the same as the number of distinct email inboxes you need. One user can have multiple email addresses, and a domain can have multiple aliases – these are included in the price for each user.

i.e. user = distinct inbox

Unlimited users? True. - But -

$5/user/month
or $50/user/year

So for 60 users
$300/month or $3000/year

So, If have have 60 employees, I need to buy 60 USER???

My take is they could all have their own email address that go to one common inbox and it would count as one user.
But if they each have their own inbox then each would count as a user.

So it would depend on how much trust and responsibility there is.
Maybe you could have common “department” inboxes?

In any case it should count as a business expense.

If you ensure a certain amount of users, there’s a fixed priced for user ( $50)

So if you’re sure that you’ll have 60 users, that would be 60 *$50 = $3000 per year
