I’m working with a Google maps page that shows a response window whenever you click on the map or enter a location. What I would like to happen is that instead of showing the response window, I’d like to send that array to PHP and display on the page that a location was selected. The problem is I’m not sure how to send that data to a PHP page. Can someone tell me where I start with doing that?
Thanks for your time!
For what you want to do, you need to use the google maps API. Also, this is not costless. If you need something which is free of costs you need to use the open street map API.
I’ve loaded the map via the API, I’m now trying to figure out how to convert the results data that gets shown on the screen to send to my php script instead.
I read up on the API cost and I’m fairly confident I’ll never surpass the $200 or 28,000 request credit.
