Need Help regarding shopping cart system

Hello

I need a shopping cart system which has 2 features.

  1. Automated Recurring Billing, and
  2. Coupon Discounts and Special Offers.
    [Ex: Service will be 99.95 per month and I want to offer a deal where if buyer buy 3 or more then only 74.95 per month ]

The shopping may be free or paid. If you know such system, please let me know. It would be helpful for me.
