keywords density showing the html stuff instead of keywords. PLease let me know what exactly should I do here?

Hard to tell from that screenshot. My guess is that certain HTML tags might not be closed correctly so that when the keyword density tool is crawling the code it sees some attributes as words, but without seeing the source code I can’t be certain of that.
I will also add: Cleaning up the code is FAR more important keyword density.
I have no even thought about keyword density for years! Its not important anymore … ie don’t worry about it.
