You know that’s difficult to find a decent dedi in Europe living in Africa that’s why I have decided to ask for help the web masters on this forum.
So what a European dedi would you recommend me to use to meet my demands: Intel Dual Core Xeon, bandwidth 5 TB, HDD 500GB, RAM 4GB and my budget is 75 euros?
I was advised yazuhost on the other forum, do you know them? 
Never heard of yazuhost, their site has absolutely no company information at all, which hardly inspires confidence in them as a professional operator.
Hetzner is probably your best bet
If youlike the company and agree on their prices - give them a try. That is the only way to make sure if the company is good for you or not.
