I’m looking for an algorithm that can be used to convert NCS* colours to RGB values

Example:
S 2030-Y90R == #D29385

In the NCS notation, 2030-Y90R means
20% blackness
30% chromaticness
yellow with 90% redness

(We all know what #D29385 means, I guess, no explanation needed…)

Is it possible to calculate the RGB equivalent for any NCS colour, or is a conversion table (how many rows will there be in that table!?) the best solution?
