Also, is it best to use broad terms like “sale” & “cheap” & “computer” or to use more specific terms like “computer sale” & “cheap computers”?
Also, is there a big difference between using the name “computer” and “computers”? Does adding the “s” on the end of a word give different ads?
The Channel is for your statistics so name them for yourself.

Channels don’t trigger specific AdSense ads, they are purely statistical.
However if you make some available for placement targeting Advertisers can target specific channels of yours.
My YouTube account uses “Content Host” in aAdSense. They place the ads on the videos as a third party.
