and I do a serach with ns1.damnx.com,I get nothing.This can explain why I can’t use damnx.com as my domain’s nameservers.
Tucows do what to damnx.us and I can use damnx.us as my domain’s nameservers?
You can’t use those servers for your domains. When you host your own site after that they provide the nameservers. so no need to use those nameservers.

OP is hosting with us. Previously he was at a server where we are using NS of damnx.us As that server was having some trouble, OP requested us to move his account to another server. We moved the account and assigned NS of damnx.com (our another domain).
Now the problem is this - he has a domain .com.cn and his Chinese registrar is not allowing him to change the ns1.damnx.us to ns1.damnx.com and so on.
All our clients at both the servers are fine with NS of damnx.us and damnx.com
OP is in opinion that something wrong at our end. Our both domains are qualified and registered with DirectI. Both have proper Child Name settings and working fine with all webhosting accounts.
We are not able to understand what is the problem with his Chinese Registrar. Why is he not allowed to change DNS? We are confused at our end also. We offered him to transfer his domain to us; but recently .cn has been stopped for registration and transfer by Resellerclub.
Can you figure out how can we help the OP?

Our point is this - if .com TLD, which is a common TLD, is not allowed by your Registrar, then how can they allow .us which is country specific?

DirectI is not the registrar for 175games.com.cn
DirectI is registrar for both damnx.us and damnx.com and these both domains and their NS are working fine for all customers.
Please ask your Registrar to change NS for you and that will solve the problem. You should use now following NS:

We are sure damnx.com nameservers are working fine for 1000+ customers. We do not know why are you able to use/cjhange godaddy’s nameserver but not the damnx.com nameservers. better ask this question from your registrar.
damnx.com is a qualified domain and resolving properly to its IPs 174.123.168.210 and 174.123.168.211 respectively for ns1 and ns2

Actually there is no problem with damnx.com The problem is with your registrar who is not allowing ns of damnx.com You have to sort out this issue with your registrar only. This issue is not concerned with hosting account but this is related with only domain registrar.

I had sent CNNIC an email,and sent them this post’s address,maybe someone from CNNIC can come here clear up this matter
It appears that CNNIC is authenticating all the domains its own. What the hell, they are upto. Recently (there is a post on this forum) they changed all the policies and non-chinese registrars are not allowed to do anything with .cn domains. It is monopolising the industry. Same way they want chinese hosting only for .cn domains. The answers given by chinese support are very harsh.
Finally this issue is neither concerned with our hosting nor with our Registrar, i.e. DirectI.
CNNIC has to authenticate damnx.com domain and permit its NSs.

from QQ number 4481344(心灵神会)'s support,I think the support is very bad.I had open some tickets at my registrar 6288.com.cn before,but none were replied.They treat you as air.I had read some posts in some Chinese forums,transfer domain from Chinese registrars to other registrars is also very difficult.From these matters and facts,I’ll never register domain in China again.
for the site management of Chinese Goverment ,miibeian require every site put on record at them,I think this is good,it can prevent porn,illegal things and fraud.but put a site on record at them need time,I heard that sometimes it may take serveral months,or you’ll never get a reply 
before you put your site on record at them,your site had been shut down
China’s internet industry is far behind United States,Canada and European countries.Chinese Government should create proper environment suitable for China’s internet industry devepment.Only so,China’s internet industry can get a good develepment 
By not allowing other Registrars to do business for .cn Chinese are killing their own business. They are shrinking their market.
