My website cache in Google with www.web-parsing.com, before 20 August. but after renew my domain website cache with www.web-parsing.com/index.php. After that when I search with my domain url in Google my Domain(Main) URL is not show in Google but inner page is show. Give Solution to fix this problem.

I’m sorry, but I don’t understand what your problem is. A search for site:yourdomain returns your home page under index.php. Please can you explain more clearly what you think is wrong here?
Sometimes it happens as there is no guarantee to crawl all URLs by Google. Implement some of things and first is remove index.php from your URL. Then again submit your sitemap or use fetch option from webmaster. Hope it helps.
I did some research & found that Google is ignoring your home page.
I suggest go to GWT (Google Webmaster Tools) & fetch your home page & click on index.
Wait for 2 -3 days.
Also I suggest you to redirect the non www to www URLs. I know you have added the canonical tags but it is recommended to use 301 redirection rather than canonical tags.
