about 20 my site is not indexed in google anymore?
then there is also an email from google about my site elimination.
still can not re-indexed my site.

What, exactly, does the e-mail say? If Google has found a problem with your site, the e-mail should explain what it is and give you clues how to rectify it.[/FONT]
If you have a google webmaster tool login they should have sent you red messages in there about it, plus more importantly detail.
Usually you can fix the problems (which seem to be serious) and ask for reconsideration, only ask for re consideration once you identified the problem and actually fixed it completely.
Did you use black hat techniques? Check your website for malware and stuff like that too.

As jacksarloks has already advised, you need to corect whatever issues are there and then ask Google to reconsider the site. So the first step is to work out what it is you’ve been doing for which Google has penalised you. Only you know the answer to that, but the following links might give you some hints:
