I would like to make some suggestions.
Instead of posting incomplete HTML and CSS in a message, post the URL to your site so we can see exactly what you see.
Think when posting and plan your post. Why?
(1) Incomplete links are broken links and do nothing which includes all of the assets targeted in the head of the page. If you are posting code. be sure that the remote assets have full URLs, not local URLs.
(2) Including php calls is of no value (unless you are having a php problem in which case the trouble should be posted in the PHP category). We need to see the HTML being called if it’s relevent to the issue.
(3) HTML and CSS work together. When the relevent HTML or CSS is missing, the trouble cannot be demonstrated and we cannot troubleshoot it.
(4) Copy the exact code that you pasted in your message to a new file, move that file to the desktop of your computer and open it in your browser. Does it demonstrate the problem? I don’t think it does.
