More dynamic pages on Blogger!?

Hi! I want to create a blog but I want it to appear more like a website. This will be on Google Blogger. After some search on Internet I still can solve this problem: I want to create more categories and for each one I need dynamic pages, not only on the main page. I know I can create another 10 pages but these are static not dynamic.

I saw other people having exactly what I need but I can’t figure it out how they do it. Maybe they have some sort of custom template but how can Blogger CMS interact with it?
