Monitor (all) website pages up/downtime

I am in charge of making sure our website is working. Every single page. The problem is that they don’t want to give me access to the website at all???!#@@!
It’s wacked! Is there a free software or a software that I can purchase to track all my pages uptime/downtime? Really need help here.

PS I did a quick search and keep coming across nagios and something by the name of PHP SysInfo

Thank you.

Why would individual pages be going up and down instead of the whole site?

he disabled .html and such and only allowed php files

Monitoring each and every page would be unproductive. If there are 10k pages, the monitoring alone might start causing the server to become unresponsive.

phpsysinfo is not a monitoring solution, though it could be part of one if you want to integrate it.

I suggest monitoring one page per server, using something like pingdom.com.
