Mod_jk.conf: jkVar for email address on a Common Access Card (CAC)

I am attempting to write a website that has a form that requires an email address. This is on a restricted site that requires a CAC to authenticate. I know the user email address is on the CAC, and I would like to pre-populate the email field with the user’s email address. What jkVar do I need to add to mod_jk.conf to get the email address?
