i work now on website (wordpress) for mobiles review i need to know what is the best : responsive theme or use plugin.
Welcome to the forum @abdoo22. Iām not sure how a plugin can make up for the lack of responsive design. I would be so bold as to suggest you look for - or create - a responsive theme.
