I want to make a site to sell mobile contents such as Themes, Flash apps, etc., Each approx costs Rs. 10-50 INR (Indian Rupees). less than 1 USD. But my problem is the payment method. I know paypal is not good for this kind. So a better payment method is micro payment (Paying through mobile balance). How can I achieve this. Please help me…
