Missing value in form

hi all

i m creating a table in database online but everytime i am prompted with a error “missing value in form”

I have entered column name and type correctly. the screenshot is attached

what am i missing

i dont get this error in localhost

The image does not give many clues. We are not even seeing the error message.

Is the form really no more specific about which field is in error?

I do not see an entry in the length field. Might that be your problem?
