Does anyone else have a problem with a half-dozen missing illustrations of the PDF version of this book? Its errata page claims there is nothing to correct. Nothing else here refers to the book except the “closed” announcement that it exists. In particular, I am missing the following illustrations:

Most are not earth-shakingly necessary, just like to get what I’ve paid for.
