Microsoft Sharepoint framework v/s ASP.Net or PHP or suggest better platform for Transaction platform which is safe and scalable

Need to know if we are re-thinking of rewamping of the existing portal which is build on Sharepoint framework which one should we prefer in terms of scalable approach.

Which one is better?
ASP.net or PHP or you can suggest the better one.
Looking for good performance through the page load
