Micro Niche Adwords No Competition Cost?

Hi,

I want to target some micro niche Google search terms where there are currently no adwords appearing in the search results. I am trying to determine how much it will cost to purchase these adwords.

For example, if I want to target “Fort Lauderdale Ostrich Farm” a number of adword campaigns appear which competing against each other based on cost which pushes the price up. But if I want to target “Fort Lauderdale Maggot Farm” no adwords appear. How do I determine how much it will cost to purchase adwords for “Fort Lauderdale Maggot Farm”? As there is no compeition adwords for this search term must be extremely cheap?
