Are there any free files out there that will add controls to videos on webpages?
I’ve found what I thought was free, but upon rightclicking on the video > about it took me to a website saying I have to pay for it.

I think in this case it is better to have own player where we can customize and create according to our need which I did in my case.
longtail is free for personal use…you have to purchase a license for commercial use.
The best ones are Longtail flv player, flowplayer and Moyea Web Player. A lot of people said that longtail and flowplayer are free, but I don’t think so. Because if you want to remove logo or link from their players, you still need to pay for them.

Sorry, I should have stated that I need it for a commercial (ecommerce) website.
