I’m doing a report for a class, and I need to include a survey. If you’ve a second to answer one question, I’m just trying to get the estimated yearly income of people in the web design / web coding industry.

I must say it is a pleasantly short survey. And better yet doesn’t ask for any personal information.
However, I’m curious to know how any information you get could be of any real use to you.
There are many “circumstances” that will influence the answers. eg.
Employee or Self-Employed
Number of Hours worked per year
Place of Business
I’m also not sure what currency you mean. 
Web design and programming is a very large pool of different specializations. For example, someone who is a web developer specializing in .NET stack is most likely to make several tens of thousands dollars more than a web designer. Also programmers typically make much more than designers just in general. I don’t know what you’re trying to achieve with this survey but it seems pretty useless to me.
