Has anyone spotted a UI Kit that is basically a recreation of each and every elements from Material Design? In various marketplaces all I see are UI Kits who are more or less customised, but I’m looking for the one that can act as a template, a started kit for a design, which follows the Material Design principles entirely and contains all the elements that can be used.
Maybe take a look at materialize css.
Not sure if that is what you r searching for.
This one is really great, although I was seeking for only a visual one. If I don’t find, I’m thinking to design one and either deliver it to the community for free or sell it for a small price.

Because I think there are a few.
Yeah, as a Photoshop or Sketch resource. So far I haven’t found one that encompasses all components mentioned in the Material Design guidelines.
