how are you all?? hey what is the difference between the market share and a value the company makes…Is it necessary that a company which has the largest market share would also have the highest value in the market???

Not at all. A company may have more market share because of their lower price, higher historical distribution or many other factors but could make less, or even be on their way out. For a long time Yahoo had Google beat in traffic market share but Google was headed up and raking in money while Yahoo was going the opposite way.
