Making visualization inspired from Open Processing

I’m working to make a visualization but I’m not sure what type of library would be suitable for what I’m trying to do. For a little scope I like to make a viz along this https://www.openprocessing.org/sketch/402014 or something like an arc type https://www.openprocessing.org/sketch/144359

I’m not trying to use charts but just more on the art side of data viz. Any suggestions on what html or javascript library is going to work best? I’ve been checking all online and all these names come up but I don’t know which is the most suitable. I’m basically wanting to reproduce some of the visuals I’ve seen on open processing but I’m not sure which route to take canvas or svg and then which javascript library is suitable.

SVG

SVG.js
SVGjs

Javascript library

Raphael.js
Paper.js
Progress.js

Take a look at D3 https://d3js.org/. D3 is a javascript library for making interactive data visualizations using svg. It is well documented and there are a lot of examples that might get you close to what you are looking for.
