Making 2 columns the same length - how to?

Hello

I have a group of pages that contain 2 columns (dark green)

What is the best way to guarantee that both columns will be the same length, and that they will both be able to expand depending on the content I place in them?

I could easily set a forced height, but that would not work because if one got longer than the other, then the shorter one would not extend itself beyond the minimum height.

I’m sure there’s a solution to this. Anyone got ideas? I’m stuck.

Thanks,

Hi,
The easiest way to make Equal Height Columns with CSS is to use the [URL=“http://www.css-lab.com/demos/2col/2col-faux.html”]Faux Columns Method.

It just simply uses a repeating BG image on the main wrapper. The image can be designed to do more than one column.
