Hi, I have a Flash site I did back in 2004. I am now going to switch it out with a HTML5/CSS3 redux. Will I lose my search rating in Google, Yahoo…etc?

If the overall content theme remains the same and you ensure that all existing URLs still work (by redirecting them to new pages if you’re not actually keeping a page at the old URL), you should be fine – Google will see it as an evolution and update to the existing site, rather than a completely new site.
It may influence your website a little, but if all the urls remains the same, then there is no big problems.
