I’m looking for an effective script, perhaps in PHP since I’m implementing this in Wordpress. One feature that I’m really looking for is the ability to deliver the email depending on what the user selects in a drop down menu. For example, if a user chooses the “Global” department, it will go to a specific user otherwise it goes elsewhere, etc.
